Brian Gunther is a partner at TLGGR, with his practice focusing on construction litigation, surety litigation, fidelity law, commercial crime insurance coverage, and bankruptcy. Brian represents sureties, contractors, and property owners in a wide range of complex commercial construction disputes, and he regularly advises fidelity insurers in coverage disputes pertaining to employee theft and cyber-related fraud.
Prior to TLGGR, Brian was an associate at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, where he worked exclusively on litigation arising from public works construction projects in New York City. Brian graduated from Fordham University in 2008 with a B.A. in English, and he received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2011. He is a member of the ABA’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, Fidelity and Surety Law Committee and is admitted to practice in New York.
